How to Enroll
SLA is accepting enrollments for the 2016 – 2017 school year for students 4K through 8th grade beginning December 1, 2015. The process is dependent on whether you are a Sheboygan Area School District resident or you reside outside of the Sheboygan Area School District. Please follow the steps below for the situation that applies to you.
NOTE: The State Open Enrollment for out of district transfers begins at midnight on Monday, February 1, 2016 and ends on April 29th, 2016 at 4pm. The state does not allow any exceptions.
Student resides within the Sheboygan Area School District
The Sheboygan Leadership Academy is now accepting Transfer Requests for the 2016 – 2017 school year. Please email us at email@example.com if you have questions.
All students will need to fill out and return an Intradistrict/Charter School Transfer Request using one of these two methods:
- Online Digital Submission (This is the preferred method. Be sure to check the verification box at the bottom of the page and then click the Go to Online Application button.)
- Download and Print
The intra-district enrollment window will end on February 15th. If the Sheboygan Leadership Academy receives more applicants than we have space for, a lottery will be held and acceptance letters will be mailed immediately following the lottery. Enrollment may be opened again following the lottery for classes that have not met the maximum capacity of 25 students (4K – 20 students).
Student resides outside of the Sheboygan Area School District
